Run 400 meters
25 Burpees

Set up under a bar that is one foot above your reach for the burpees. Jump and touch the bar for each burpee rep.

Did my 17 before my morning shower.
My neck is starting to feel a whole lot better.

My work out this morning was :

20 mins on bike, tried to keep RPM at 65+, resistance between 2 and 6 did 9.15ks total distance.
10 mins walk / stretchout.

Then 1k swim (20 laps).

I had to cut the WOD short on the rx'd rounds because we spent to much time playing around with HSPU's before hand. Once again sorry guys.

Did my "standard reference" walk/jog this afternoon. Jogged approx 1km one way and then 2.5km approx on the return journey. A little bit wonky to the left still but the strongest i've been yet. No stitch and very little discomfort, just a little in the left ankle.
