had planned on getting into the box to have a go at it, ut the kids had a bad night and slept in, so no WOD for me, but might give it a bash during the week at work...

OMG - that was an absolute killer WOD. CF Penrith did it tonight. My favourite strength WOD so far, just loved it YEAH!

60kg on the DeadLift and 40kg for the rest, my hands are killing me, but who cares!
