Front Squats 5sets x 3reps
70kg, 70kg, 75kg, 75kg, 80kg x1rep.
No 1.25kg plates at this gym so increments of 5kg are the standard here.
Might change my schedule and give Fran ago tomorrow.

I did a few singles at 140kg of Deads this morning at West Coast CF in Perth.

Passed Level 2 Yesterday!

I think about 10/15 passed this time. It was way more relaxed than the first one and as a result really enjoyable.

We had Pat Sherwood, Chuck Carswell and Lisa Ray as instructors and it was held at the Swanbourne Gym.

It was a cool experience and next up is a big Crossfit hit out at Southern Crossfit tomorrow morning.

I wonder what the WOD will be?
