HI Scott, i was a little "nicer", or meaner then Matt depending on how you look at it in that I imposed a 25 minutes cut off on this one

Thanks Fi, I think that to be honest with myself first. It's going to be another month before I am ready to run.

A couple of positives to come out of this break is taking up a renewed interest in the rower, bike riding and swimming. I'm especially finding the swimming lessons rewarding. I think that I may be able to do a swimming or riding leg in a triathlon team in the next one you want to enter CFNQ into :D

I hope to be able to run again in maybe another month. Then again I may have another lesson in patience. I'll just have to see :)

p.s. Awesome seeing Michelle doing full push ups. When are we going to see validated pitures of Michelle doing full pull ups? :P

Brett, what do you mean about elevating the hands to get chest to deck and little black steps to get full push ups? They never covered push ups at the Cert.
