Hey guys,
Had an awesome Easter break in the Daintree doing yoga, meditation, swimming in cool clearwater creeks and eating loads of wholesome food.
Only thing is, I left my runners up there:S Tracking them down at the moment. So I guess it's swimming this week for me. I'll catch you all next week.

Glad you had a good time Chris, but i dont see why not having runners is a problem, seeing your not running at the moment. Remember CFNQ is a shoes optional facility, check out yeterdays total pic.

I should have come this morning then :( Anyway I've decided to go out and buy some new runners this evening after swimming.

Graeme, that's what burpees look like after five years of diet and exercise neglect. That's not sweat, it's my body crying...

On a positive note, three weeks of CF and I'm already noticing siginficant improvements in metcon. This stuff works, and fast!

CHRIS,
Save yourself a bit of money and get yourself a pair of volleys instead of "high tech" runners. The thin flat sole give you better balance when doing your weightlifting and KB work which you ar limited to at the moment anyway.
PS there is class at 5:30pm tonight if you can make it.

I didn't have to best selection for this workout. The Am pics where all blured (not enough light/to fast movements) And from the PM I had to pick from this one. One in which Adam looks like he was asleep mid row, and one that was mostly Brad's butt so seeing he is under 18 we will keep that one off the web,

Hey Fi,
I'll take your advice and buy a pair of volleys. I think that you're spot on there.
Went down to Toobruk and spent 45mins swimming in my own style from about 5:20pm and then did a little bit of training with Chris who does the Stroke Correction classes. So I definitely got exercised yesterday. I'm taking the Crossfit philosophy of learning a new sport for a test drive in learning to swim correctly.
So, from memory there are no more Crossfit sessions this week right? If so I'll see you Mon or Tues :)
