Saturday 7th March

Fight Gone Bad
3 rounds ( 1 minute per exercise)

Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20" box (Reps)
Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

I had a little play on a rower while everyone was working on stick work outside. I don't have the flexibility to tackle the rower yet. I have however tackled step ups. This eluded me on Thursday with the physio. So progress has been made.
I've just had a 20 minute spin on the exercise bike. I'm icing up and feeling good. Fingers crossed I'll be ready for next Saturday. If not I'll be exercising my patience for a little bit longer :/

ps. Fiona. When exactly was the bbq for next Friday? Time wasn't stated in the text I think.

We are toying with the time but what ever people think will work best, tentatively 630 PM WOD with a 730 PM BBQ. Fi will correct me if I messed it up.

Yep looks like a 6:30 workout with a 7:30 BBQ.
