hey fi, quick question for SDHP, you have a close grip there which is what I have been using however i have also seen a shoulder width grip so it is almost exactly like a clean movement.
tried that for this wod yesterday and it felt alright..

WOD
3x5 shoulder press = 50, 52.5, 55kg
(abridged CFSB to try to reduce my heavy metcon times) then..
10 x SDHP (42.5kg)
10 x ring dip
7 rounds
= 8.53

Grip with is a comfort thing, But to be classed as a sumo the hands are inside the legs, once hands are outside of the legs you have changed the exercise.
