3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up

For weighted pull-ups place a 20kg/15kg dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Post time and number of sets to completion.

Lumberjack CrossFit lost 4 soldiers and had 11 wounded in the Nov 5th shootings at Fort Hood. On Dec 5th, we have a chance to show our support for them by doing the "Lumberjack 20", in honor of those men and women who were killed. It will be the first Hero WOD for multiple people.

With heavy hearts we ded­i­cate todays work­out to Private Benjamin Ranaudo, killed in Afghanistan on July 18th by a IED. Ben trained with us at CFNQ before being deployed he was "B1" on the score board because he started training with us at the same time as another Ben. On this day of rememberance our prayers go out to his family, friends and girlfriend. As well as to the families of all those lost in war.
