Monday 3rd November


With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

did this one this morning as well..

16 minutes + 14 pull ups on 17th minute before running out of time,
kipping, no jumping.

great workout yesterday brett, much happier with technique on the lifts now, wheres that vid..

I am doing this one tomorrow morning and Mikael on Wed afternoon 1730 text me if you are coming along, probably going to be a staggered start WOD like Micheal with a few nifty modifications - All invited as usual.

nice work on the video, my first youtube appearance, except for that time when i was really drunk and... never mind.

wednesday no good for me sorry, did micheal this morning anyway,

but no ghd, so back ext over swiss ball with feet anchored, and sit-ups on ball with feet on ground un-ancored to below paralel
best subs i could do.
