I anticipate - Scott(s)(one or two),Chris,Graeme,Nathan, Ketrina,Robyn,Errica and I. I am keen to hear from anyone who is coming so I know numbers.

I'll start my pre-training diet tonight of bourbon and pizza to ensure I'm in tip top shape for the session :)

Agreed Scott. It would be a bit weird for Brett & Errica not to be there when we turn up at their place to work out.

I reckon your last pukie patch will have washed away by now Scott. If you keep up the Bourbon tonight you may be able to make your mark anew tomorrow. Way to go mate :P

Just finished Nate (2 MU, 4 HSPU, 8 2pd KB swings) AMRAP 20 mins.

I got 5 rounds and 2 MU 4 HSPU.

HSPU shagged me and my score.

Brett if you have Michelle's number maybe you should text her. She sounded like she might have been planning to come along after Fiona had mentioned about us meeting at the Rock Pool Saturday. I'm not sure if Michelle checks the blog. So it's just a thought. Mind you if it's bucketing rain tomorrow morning I think it'll be a moot point.

Saturday Morning Session was a 5 x 500m row with 3-4 mins rest between sets. 10 burpee penalty for times 10secs more than the first.

Graeme: 1:36.4, 1:40.5, 1:40.0, 1:39.9, 1:39.9 (Awesome effort)

Scott A: 1:39.7, 1:49.3(close), 1:46.8, 1:49.5(closer), 1:49.9(too close - 10 burpees)

Nathan: 1:36.4, 1:42.2 - Muscle strain

Scott B 1:47.0, 1:46.9, 1:48.8, 1:54.0, 1:52.2

Chris 1:40.6, 1:39.7, 1:42.7,(Immunity for hammy soreness - 1:55.3), 1:47.7
