Saturday 26th July

Team Workout
100 x Benchpress per team member eg team of 5 would have 500 reps followed by
6000m row, 500 squats and 15 run laps.

The task had to be completed as a team with each person doing as many bench press as they could before moving on to the rower, squats, run or spotting.

I don't know what you were on about my chest feeling destroyed not today or tomorrow but most likely on Monday Brett. It's feeling pretty stuffed right now

Great Job everyone the workout was, If you forgot, 100 Benchpress per team member(500/400), 6000m row, 500 squats and 15 run laps. The task had to be completed as a team with each person doing as many bench press as they could before moving on to the rower, squats, run or spotting.

First Team finished was team 3 - Duncan, Nathan,Errica, Robyn and Jacinta with a time of 41:42(Bench Press weight was ~35kgs)

Second team in was team 2 - Kim, Aurea, Shanelle, Ella Rose and Jenny with a time of 44:59(Bench Press Weight was ~25kgs)

Final team over the line was team 1 - Scott A, Chris, Dan and Hans. With a time of 49:16 (Bench Press Weight was ~55kgs)Duncan did assist with a few reps at about the 310 mark!
