The "Welcome Back Workout"

Two Rounds for Total Reps

1 minute on each exercise, rotate is called but the timer dosen't stop
Knees to elbows
Pushups
Situps
Squats
Burpees
Box Jumps
KB swings
Double unders
Push press
2 minutes rest between rounds

Record total of each round to comments

Great effort today everybody especailly the new people. Sorry some of the scores got rubbed off the whiteboard before recording they are the ones with ? Ive put a best as i can remeber but if you know your score for sure just log on an add it.
